Day 3 & 4 - Koh Samui (11th & 12th June)

Today schedule is more relax, we are going to round the town with motorbike. We going to Big Buddha.

Day 4, we have to wasting time on transport again. Van pick us up at resort at 6.00a.m, arrived at Pier at 6.40a.m, and rushing for the 7.00a.m ferry. Reach the Donsak Pier by 8.30a.m, and then walking to the bus and reach airport by 10.20a.m. Actually it is so risky, and i am worry all the way, because if we miss or delay any route, it will result us cannot check in and fly back to Malaysia.

Luckily we reach on time, and safely reach Malaysia.

Day 2 - Koh Samui (Unforgetable Day)

8.00a.m, van coming resort to pick us to Grand Sea Pier. We board the speed boat to ANgthong National Marine Park at 9.00a.m.

Arrive at "Koh Wao" for snorkeling with fish.

 Wonderful "Emerald Lake" also known as "Talay Nai" the lake surrounded by the island with the amazing emerald saltwater lake surrounded.

Buffet Lunch at the Island.

Playing Volley Ball after lunch.Then we heading to kayaking around the wonderful nature of the Angthong National Marine Park. It's fun to Kayak around but it is so exhausted when we want to kayak back to the island, while that time suddenly strong wind.

After Kayak then the tour is finish, and we back to resort.

I want to prepare a birthday surprise for one of the team member, and i was looking for a birthday cake in Tesco Lotus there, while most of the team member going to "massage".

Suddenly someone call my name to look at the screen. I was wondering why my picture was up there? At first i though my other couple friend want to propose over there, but why put my photo up?

Without second though, my tear out immediately.

Day 1 - Koh Samui (09th June, Sat)

This year we have a group of 19 to join for Koh Samui trip. Before make the airasia booking, I though Surat Thani is just like our Kuala Terengganu, which you need to take an hour flight to reach Kuala Terengganu, then take half an hour taxi to Jetty, and one hour to reach to Redang. The real situation is, we sit one and half hour to reach Surat Thani at 11a.m (Thailand time). Out from Kastam is about 11.50a.m, then we buy the bus + ferry return ticket with THB 900 per person (it seems like only one company is operate in the airport). Sitting one and half hour bus to reach Jetty at 1.45p.m. Then rush for 2p.m ferry to go to Koh Samui (the ferry schedule is every one hour, if we skip this have to wait for 3p.m ferry). The ferry takes another one and half hour. We all are in hungry and tiring mode, but luckily inside ferry has sold some light food and drinks (Singha is selling THB 42, Heineken THB 55, Coke THB 25).

We reach Koh Samui jetty by 3.30p.m, the ticket is include the van to our resort, then we have to sit another 45 minutes to reach Chaweng Noi. We reach hotel by 4.15p.m, it was so tiring and wasting time from morning 8.30 until now. If my friend is planning to go Koh Samui, and if the budget is allow, I will suggest them to buy the direct flight air ticket, instead of transfer in this way.

We book motors with the hotel, price range from THB 250-500 per day, depends on which type of bike you choose; car rental is THB 700-1200, also depends which type of car. I found it is more convenient to rent the motor with the resort, since the price was almost the same, maybe can get with THB 200 outside per day, but you have to deposit your passport there.

Waiting 45 minutes for our motor arrive, and then we are departing to look for food. Advice is, if you are going in a big group, and planning to rent motor, make sure the driver is the one who fill up the form, it can smoothen your payment process while you check out.

 Baan Hin Sai Resort

We want to go to Chaweng area, but is raining, so we decide to stop at roadside and having our first dinner in Koh Samui. The food was nice here, and the price was reasonable.

After dinner, we are going to search for the next day snorkeling package. We manage to find at the Chaweng area with THB 1200 per person for snorkeling and kayaking with speed boat package. The package price is from THB 1100-2000 depends on which type of the package you choose.

After this we heading for Thai massage, it is only THB 200 for an hour Thai massage. THB 350 for an hour Aromatherapy massage, THB 250 for an hour foot massage. It was so relax after today tiring schedule.

After massage, then we go to have some drinks. THB 40 for a bottle of Singha beer, THB 60 for a bottle of Heineken.
11.45p.m we go back resort to rest for next day snorkeling program.
