Day 5 - Seoul (3rd Sep, 2012, Mon)

Our flight back to Malaysia is 5.25p.m, so about 1p.m we have to start to take the metro, in order to reach airport on 3.25p.m.

Today we just walk around at Itaewon area, and finally have the chance to try the Spa facilities inside the Itaewon land.

Seoul is a country that most of the restaurant and coffee shops are open about 10a.m, it is a happening place when the night arrive.

We are going to buy some local foods inside their supermarket, and they actually provide delivery services, but we are rushing time, so self carry the goods.

After this, we back to the JinJilbang to have the lunch inside, the "Han Sik Tang" food is nice. The unique experience here is, the bathroom place is open, and everyone inside is naked, some sort of like Japan kind of Spa which you can see in the movie, drama and comic. The male and female places are separated, but of course you won't get used to it during the first time, but sooner or later you will be get used to it.

3rd floor have a Korea restaurant (Han Sik Tang) and a hall that male and female can sit or lying there together. It's like a recreation places where family member, or friends can hang out there together. There are several spa room inside with different degree and different too.

4th floor is our private room, which you can rest there if you don't want to lying on the public hall. There are many types massage provided there with fees. Too bad that we don't have much time to try out the massage there.

If the itinerary is quite rush, basically you can draft one day itinerary start from Namsan Tower, follow by Namdaemum, Myeondong then Insadong places. This area is quite close together, that the subway can easily cover, and of course if you are strong enough, it also can cover by foot.

Travel to Korea is a very unique experience, it's kind a fusion there, no matter is food, environment and buildings. It's a very natural mixture with the traditional and modern building there. If you know a little bit Korean language would be nice to communicate to ask for the direction, else you have to observe the right candidates to ask, or to survey clearly on the directions.

If I have the chance, I will visit this country again, perhaps is in winter season, and will visit to Jeju island as well. : )
