Supposingly i have to take the RER-C to go to Pont de - and change to Rungies Aeroport and d'Orly then take a shuttle to the airport, but i have taken the wrong direction, that RER-C have two destination which is Saint-Quen and Issy direction, i have take the wrong one, and end up i am stop at the final station. While i am checking on the map and there is a nice guy give me a hand, he offer me to go to take bus (which need a 5-10 mins walk to the other side) to go to Orly airport, since the train will only move in 25 minutes later, we will still manage to rush back if there is no bus. So, we decide to follow him (end up we realise he seems like the train driver) to reach to the Juvisy bus station and take the bus number 258 to go to Orly airport. Really appreciate his help, although we don't really communicate well.
Finally, i have the chance to look at the Paris landscape (which Metro use to be under ground, i don't have chance to really see it).
We reach the Orly airport at 8.30a.m, take our breakfast in the airport. There is post office inside the airport, so if you are going to post something, perhaps you can post here.
Easy Jet is ticketless, so you only have to use the print out (with barcode) for the security to check, then you able to go inside the waiting hall. Please make sure you are only carry ONE bag, even the small lady bag also consider a BAG, and it's only allow one hand luggage to bring in. Else the lady will ask you to put your small bag into the big bag, or they will charge you another hand luggage fees.
Finally, we reached Milan on time at 12.50p.m. Walking out to the airport, there is a bus to go to Central Station, which cost €5 per person. It takes about 30 minutes to reach to town. After check in the hostel, we are finding the place for lunch.
We reached to the restaurant at 2.30p.m, and actually they are prepare for the afternoon break, so we only order the easy and fast prepare food (like spaghetti and bread). So, please make sure you are not having lunch during 3.00p.m-6.00p.m, else i think your only choices will be fast food.
Comparing with Paris, Milan Metro seems to be easier, and it cost €1.50 per ticket per way. I didn't check on the daily fees, since i only want to go to The DUOMO.
Impressive building, very beautiful. Beware of the peoples around the building, who tell you FREE FREE, end up they will ask you to give money, don't simple give your hand to them. There's many branded inside the Galleria Corsovittoria Emanuele II, and around the Piazza.
I saw many people eating a Gelato while walking around the Piazza, so we go to look for the ice cream, and we found this.
We have quep for an hour only get the ice cream. Hmm... Well, taste is really depends on individual, i will say, it's not my taste.
After the ice cream, we have a walk inside the Duomo, it is really impressive and nice inside. Then, we are having coffee break just in front of the Duomo. It's really enjoyable moment in life, with a good view, nice weather and great coffee.
We are not able to wait until the day become dark, we have to go back and sleep already. If you want to save money like me, you can buy the mineral water in their super market, which cost around €0.35-0.60 (Evian sell about €0.60-0.70), instead of buy at the street about €1.50-2.00. You also can get many tasty bread and yummy cookies inside the super market.
We are having our dinner in the hostel with the Long Bread and Spicy Tuna (from Malaysia), and end our day.
